Hotel industry
In the field of higher education, internationalization is the most important factor, for this purpose a Georgian-German program was created based on the current challenges in the tourism sector, in particular to improve skills in the service sector in Georgia and to promote employment, which also provides customers with high-quality service will offer.

The program consists of two areas:
Interactive lectures (theoretical, practical);
Internship in Germany 3 months

The program serves to internationalize professional adult education and offers students the opportunity to impart practices established in Georgia and to develop professional skills in an international professional environment in Germany.
The program is aimed at anyone interested, as well as those who want to establish themselves in leading positions in the hotel industry or who want to implement their own hotel business idea.
The aim of the professional program is to train a qualified hotel manager who is familiar with the structure of the hotel as a unified body, the specifics of the hotel, advice and provision of appropriate services, hotel operating principles, booking, booking, concierge, catering, and catering and beverage service procedures. The profession is service-oriented and includes providing high quality services to the guest. The program will also convey the facility’s promotion, sales, customer service, and hospitality. After completing the program, the graduate will be able to work in various hotel sectors: large, medium and small hotels, guest houses, holiday homes, sanatoriums, resort complexes, cruise ships.
The lectures are given by Georgian and German professors.

Brief description of the program:
Georgia is a geopolitically very interesting region, so there is great foreign interest in this region (tourism, business, construction, transit roads, etc.)
The mobility with foreign countries is increasing and accordingly there is a high demand for highly qualified specialists trained according to European standards in the tourism sector.
The concept of the program is based on the current challenges in the tourism sector in Georgia, especially in the hotel industry, and aims to train highly qualified specialists in the field of hotel management who are competitive on the international labor market.
The European Language Institute offers a unique opportunity to obtain a job-oriented education in an international professional environment in Germany and Georgia, to acquire modern, international knowledge through theoretical and practical lectures by highly qualified lecturers and thus to gain and pass on European experience.
In order to expand their knowledge of the tourism industry, the students complete the practical part of the program every year in high-priced five-star hotels in different parts of Germany.

During the compulsory internship, the student receives a scholarship

From 800 euros depending on the level of knowledge of the German language
Free accommodation and meals are also provided
