Program objectives
Our institution is oriented towards the new reality and new requirements of the labor market and has set itself the goal of training qualified specialists in the hotel industry. Particularly for Georgia, where tourism is so important, the training of suitably qualified and more competitive personnel is of great importance, through which we also support our country and promote the creation of new jobs in the tourism sector.
The aim of the training for hotel management clerks is to train competent specialists and managers who specialize in the requirements of the industry, to impart highly qualified specialist knowledge, and to enable graduates to acquire in-depth hotel and catering-specific qualifications that do not meet the requirements of the job market meet only in Georgia but also outside of our country.
This is the basic requirement so that our graduates can acquire specialist knowledge corresponding to western standards and thus become and remain competitive on the international job market.
The aim of the vocational training is to train a qualified hotel manager who is familiar with the structure, the specifics of the hotel’s work, advising and providing appropriate services, hotel operating principles, booking, cleaning, concierge, catering and beverage service procedures and the various areas of the hotel, and who learns to understand the processes. The profession is service-oriented and includes providing high quality services to the guest. The program will also include the promotion, sales, customer service, and hospitality labeling. After completing the program, the graduate will be able to work in the different areas of the hotel: large, medium and small hotels, guest houses, holiday homes, sanatoriums, resort complexes, cruise ships, working up step by step and even filling managerial positions.
Basis for program development
Tourism is one of the priority sectors of Georgia that is of particular importance to the country. With the development of tourism, the need for qualified and practicing hotel specialists is increasing and, in accordance with these requirements, a specialist program was created together with the existing hotel managers, which meets all the requirements of the modern hotel industry. The program was developed in collaboration with the German partners and Georgian experts with whom we actively work to achieve common goals (training of qualified personnel and development of the economy). The concept of the program provides for the practical part to be completed in Germany alongside the theoretical studies with full funding and a scholarship.
Brief description of the program
The program combines theoretical and practical content, prepares intensively for the specific challenges in the hotel industry and is aimed at motivated students who want to gain specialist knowledge and practical experience in the hotel industry. The practical part of the course also offers the opportunity to improve your job-related knowledge of German. In cooperation with German partners, the course participants are given the opportunity to complete the practical part of the program in Germany. The practical part of the program lasts 3 months, in German resorts, in upscale hotels.
The practical objective of the program is aimed at imparting a wide range of specialist knowledge, skills, international experience, the different departments of the hotel and their work processes. The course thus includes the components of business practice and theoretical vocational training in equal measure.

Fee for work performed: up 550,- euros per month depending on the language level
200 euros for one-time travel expenses
Requirements for admission to the program
middle school leaving certificate, high school diploma
Age – from 18 to 32 years
Knowledge of English at communication level – A2
